Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bebimine Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processingtime + Delivery time.
  2. Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
  3. The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  4. Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you'll always know where your package is.
  5. Please note that if incorrect contact details, addresses, or any other relevant information are provided by the customer at the time of purchase, and as a result, the shipment cannot be delivered or the customer cannot be reached, we are unable to offer a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid delivery issues. In cases where delivery fails due to  customer error, no refund will be issued.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.
  • We are not responsible for the items you have placed in the mail. We will not cover you for loss by courier company. That is where your tracking number comes in. If your items get lost in the mail, you will need to lodge a formal investigation with the courier company for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items. If you choose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. Bebimine will not pay to cover the cost of postage and lost items in the mail. Courier company will be your primary contact for loss/damages under their services.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bebimine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

To ensure that you receive the best service and the most economical shipping, we use multiple warehouses .

As a result, your order items might be dispatched separately from different warehouses.

This approach helps us maintain affordable shipping charges for our international customers. While this may mean your order arrives in separate packages , please be assured that we are dedicated to delivering the best for you.

For your convenience , tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment. These allow you to monitor the progress of your items in real-time.

For international orders (outside UAE) :

Please be aware  that there may be customs/duty charges when the items arrive in your country; we do not have any control over these charges , these charges are not raised by us.

If fees are charged they will be payable to the delivery company when the items arrive in your country. 

If you have a specific question about the duties / taxes for a parcel that’s being sent to you, you need to contact the customs / duty officer or responsible authorities in your country.


 International Shipping Notice

Please note that international shipping times may vary. While the estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 days, this is only an estimate. International shipments may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, local postal handling, or other unforeseen delays.

 

If you are ordering from outside the UAE, please be aware that delivery times can sometimes exceed the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
