Depending on the selected gift box, you may be asked to provide the name for personalisation, embroidery font, embroidery colour, and any additional design options shown on the product page.

Please double-check all names, spelling and selected options before placing your order. Personalised items will be created exactly according to the information entered. We are unable to take responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect details submitted by the customer.

Please note that the final embroidery size will vary depending on the length of the name. Shorter names will generally appear with larger individual letters, while longer names will be embroidered with smaller letters to ensure the name fits beautifully and proportionally on the item.

Once personalisation has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
